Extrusion flow calibration: Accurate flow is the prerequisite for ensuring interlayer pressure. It is recommended to perform extrusion flow calibration (M92 E parameter calibration) once a month, with the error controlled within ±1%. The slicing software provided with lantu3D equipment offers an automatic flow calibration function that can be completed with a single click.
3.3 Material Pretreatment Specifications
For hygroscopic materials (PA12, PA6, TPU, PETG, etc.), strict drying pretreatment must be performed:
Drying temperature and time: It is recommended to dry PA12/PA6 at 80°C for 4-6 hours, TPU at 60-70°C for 3-4 hours, and PETG at 65°C for 4 hours. Using an industrial-grade dehumidifying dryer yields the best results; consumer-grade food dehydrators can be used as a substitute.
Storage requirements: Dried materials should be stored in an environment with humidity
