Metal Materials, The Hard Power of Manufacturing

Metal 3D printing materials directly determine part performance. lantu3D strictly controls powder quality with full material certificates and test reports.

Stainless Steel Series

  • 316L: corrosion resistant, high strength, tensile ≥550MPa, elongation ≥30%. Applications: medical, chemical, food equipment
  • 17-4PH: precipitation hardening, ≥1100MPa after heat treatment. Applications: tools, molds, structural parts
  • 15-5PH: better transverse properties than 17-4PH, for complex stress parts

Aluminum AlSi10Mg

  • Lightweight: density 2.67g/cm³, ≥350MPa after heat treatment
  • Good thermal conductivity, for heat sinks and exchangers
  • Applications: automotive, aircraft interiors, enclosures, brackets

Titanium Ti6Al4V

  • High specific strength: density 4.43g/cm³, tensile ≥1050MPa
  • Corrosion resistant, biocompatible (ASTM F136 medical grade)
  • Applications: aerospace structures, medical implants, racing parts

Inconel Superalloys

  • Inconel 718: heat resistant 650°C, corrosion resistant. Applications: gas turbines, engines
  • Inconel 625: excellent corrosion resistance. Applications: chemical, marine

Cobalt-Chrome

  • High hardness (HRC 35-45), wear resistant, biocompatible
  • Applications: dental restorations, artificial joints, high-temp bearings
