  • CF content: 10-20%

Continuous Carbon Fiber

  • Process: CFF continuous fiber fabrication (Markforged etc.)
  • Strength: tensile up to 800MPa
  • Specific strength: exceeds 6061 aluminum
  • Applications: load-bearing structures, fixtures, tooling

Onyx (Nylon + Micro Carbon Fiber)

  • Fine surface, chemically stable, compatible with continuous fiber
  • Applications: functional end-use parts

Glass Fiber Reinforced

  • Lower cost than carbon fiber, noticeable strength improvement

Kevlar Reinforced

  • Features: extreme impact toughness, wear resistant
