Chopped Carbon Fiber Reinforced
- Base: PA6/PA12/PLA/PETG
- CF content: 10-20%
- Effect: 2-3x stiffness improvement, less warping
- Applications: jigs, functional prototypes, drone frames
Continuous Carbon Fiber
- Process: CFF continuous fiber fabrication (Markforged etc.)
- Strength: tensile up to 800MPa
- Specific strength: exceeds 6061 aluminum
- Applications: load-bearing structures, fixtures, tooling
Onyx (Nylon + Micro Carbon Fiber)
- Fine surface, chemically stable, compatible with continuous fiber
- Applications: functional end-use parts
Glass Fiber Reinforced
- Lower cost than carbon fiber, noticeable strength improvement
- Applications: general structural parts
Kevlar Reinforced
- Features: extreme impact toughness, wear resistant
- Applications: protective equipment, wear parts
