Advanced and Specialty 3D Printing Materials

When Standard Materials Are Not Enough

Some applications demand performance beyond standard materials. lantu3D provides carbon fiber, flexible, high-temp and other specialty 3D printing materials for extreme conditions.

Carbon Fiber Reinforced

  • PA-CF (nylon + carbon fiber): 2x stiffness, less warping, matte finish. For drone frames, jigs, automotive lightweighting
  • PETG-CF: high strength, low warping, easy printing. For functional prototypes, tool handles
  • Onyx (nylon + micro carbon fiber): fine surface, compatible with continuous fiber. For functional end-use parts

Flexible TPU

  • Shore 60A-95A selectable, from ultra-soft to semi-rigid
  • Applications: seals, shock absorbers, shoe soles, phone cases, wearables
  • FDM printable, requires direct-drive extruder

High-Temperature Materials

  • PEEK: continuous use 250°C+, high strength, biocompatible. For aerospace engines, medical implants, semiconductor tooling
  • PEI/ULTEM: 217°C, UL94 V-0 flame retardant. For aircraft interiors, electrical connectors
  • PPSU: 180°C, transparent, steam sterilizable. For medical sterilization cases, dental tools

Other Specialty Materials

  • ESD-safe materials: anti-static, for electronics tooling
  • Ceramic-filled resin: heat resistant, polishable to ceramic finish
  • Biocompatible resin: ISO 10993 Class IIa, for medical applications
