탄소섬유 강화
- PA-CF (nylon + carbon fiber): 2x stiffness, less warping, matte finish. For drone frames, jigs, automotive lightweighting
- PETG-CF: high strength, low warping, easy printing. For functional prototypes, tool handles
- Onyx (nylon + micro carbon fiber): fine surface, compatible with continuous fiber. For functional end-use parts
유연한 TPU
- 쇼어 60A-95A 선택 가능, 초연질에서 준경질까지
- Applications: seals, shock absorbers, shoe soles, phone cases, wearables
- FDM 출력 가능, 다이렉트 드라이브 익스트루더 필요
고온 재료
- PEEK: continuous use 250°C+, high strength, biocompatible. For aerospace engines, medical implants, semiconductor tooling
- PEI/ULTEM: 217°C, UL94 V-0 난연성. 항공기 내장재, 전기 커넥터용.
- PPSU: 180°C, 투명, 스팀 멸균 가능. 의료용 멸균 케이스, 치과 기구용.
기타 특수 재료
- ESD 방지 소재: 정전기 방지, 전자 공구용
- 세라믹 충진 레진: 내열성, 세라믹 마감으로 연마 가능
- Biocompatible resin: ISO 10993 Class IIa, for medical applications
