Rapid Tooling (Aluminum/Soft Steel Molds)
- Aluminum mold: 7-15 days (traditional steel: 30-60 days)
- Mold cost only 1/3-1/5 of steel molds
- Produces 500-5000 parts, ideal for new product validation and transition
- Supports two-shot molding and insert molding
